A cancellation or modification request is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing, preparation, or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to intercept, cancel, or modify it.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Defective Products

The customer must contact us as soon as an issue is identified and provide the order number, together with clear photographs or videos demonstrating the reported issue.

Providing this evidence allows our team to analyze the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

Complimentary Products and Gifts

Complimentary products, promotional gifts, and accessories provided at no cost are subject to availability.

We may provide the gift in the selected color when available or, if that option is unavailable, in the closest available color or variation, without the need for prior notice, with the substitution being made automatically.

Minor differences in shade, color, finish, or appearance of a complimentary product do not, by themselves, constitute a defect in the purchased product, nor do they give the customer a right to a refund on that basis.

Color and Appearance Variations

Reasonable variations in shade or appearance that do not materially affect the functionality of the product will not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.

Refunds

When a return is required, the refund may be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Policy

Our store ships internationally to supported destinations worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays. During periods of exceptionally high demand, promotional campaigns, product launches, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing and shipment, the estimated delivery time is generally 14 to 15 days, depending on the destination. Delivery to certain countries, regions, or remote areas may take longer due to customs processing, local carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The stated timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the customer will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped. Tracking information may not be updated immediately after shipment. Carriers may require additional time to scan, register, or update the shipment in their systems. Therefore, a temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost or that it has not been shipped.

Separate Shipments

Products, accessories, or promotional items belonging to the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and may therefore arrive at different times.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their name, address, postal code, and other delivery information are correct and complete. If an error is identified, the customer must contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after order processing has begun. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment shall be the customer's responsibility.

Customs and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, taxes, duties, or other requirements established by the destination country. Where applicable, these costs may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates an issue with delivery, the customer must contact our support team so that we can review the shipping information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner responsible for the shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a customer requests a return solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction unrelated to any defect or non-conformity, or because the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, the customer shall be responsible for 100% of the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment in accordance with the return instructions provided by our support team. We are not responsible for providing or paying for a prepaid return shipping label in cases of change-of-mind returns.

Any costs associated with the customer's chosen return shipping method shall remain the customer's responsibility, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
